I worked as an external consultant for Steelcase Applied Research + Consulting (ARC), France — the in-house consultancy of a global furniture company focusing on developing work experience strategies. My first mission for Steelcase centered on analyzing cultural data pertaining to work practices in different cultural contexts. In subsequent research missions, along with inhouse Steelcase ARC consultants, I employed the design-thinking methods they had developed with global design company IDEO to explore how people engage with their workplace.
